Stair renovation in Delft
Your staircase stays exactly where it is. Overlay treads in recycled natural stone composite go straight over it — usually fitted in a single day. No demolition, no days of mess in the house, and by the evening you walk on it again.

What you don't get
- Demolition work and a skip outside your door
- Days without a staircase
- Dust throughout the house
- A staircase that needs doing again in five years
What you do get
- Your own staircase, but finished
- Usually fitted in a single day
- Natural stone composite of 4.3 mm — strong and hard-wearing
- Anti-slip that sits in the material, not as a layer on top
What does a stair renovation in Delft cost?
A complete stair renovation costs € 190 to € 275 per tread, including fitting. For a closed staircase of thirteen treads that works out at roughly € 2,500 to € 3,570 including VAT.
What you pay depends on the number of treads, the system you choose and whether the risers and stringers are included. You receive a fixed price per tread in advance, so there are no surprises afterwards. Prices valid up to and including 31 December 2026.
Why natural stone composite?
On a staircase you could choose wood, laminate or PVC. Natural stone composite sits alongside them as a fourth option — and the first that is not a print, but the material itself. Recycled natural stone, with the structure genuinely in it. You do not only see it, you feel it under your hand.
The anti-slip sits in the colour pigments, so in the material itself rather than in a layer on top. The treads are 4.3 mm thin and therefore fit straight over your existing staircase, without shortening the nosings. With a lifespan of 25 years or more, a staircase of thirteen treads comes down to around € 100 a year.
Omnistair is one system in five versions, all in the same material: EverStep for homes, EverStep Solid for intensive use in homes, commercial and public buildings, Signature for a complete bespoke staircase finish, and GripStep Home and GripStep Pro for those who fit it themselves.

Closed staircase in Sandstone Light
A light, warm sand tone that makes the hallway feel wider. Carried out in EverStep Solid, the heavier version for intensive use.

Double quarter-turn in Earth Harmony
Subtle terrazzo with a warm nuance. Calm and timeless, still ten years from now.

Straight staircase in Midnight Ember
Deep and dark with warm accents. EverStep, 4.3 mm thin over the existing treads.

Open spiral staircase in Light Grey
Light grey terrazzo, refined and calm. And yes — a spiral staircase works too, cut tread by tread.
Stair renovation in Delft and the surrounding area
In a stair renovation your existing staircase simply stays where it is. Overlay treads in recycled natural stone composite go over it, usually fitted within a single day. No demolition, no days of mess in the house, and by the end of the day you walk on it again. In Delft that counts double: the town centre is full of houses with narrow, steep staircases — precisely the staircases other parties say cannot be done.
See the result in people's homes in Delft: Sandstone Light, Earth Harmony, Midnight Ember and the spiral staircase in Light Grey.
And in the surrounding area: The Hague, Zoetermeer, Rotterdam, Leiden and Gouda.

Could you be the main dealer for Delft?
Omnistair sells EverStep, EverStep Solid and Signature exclusively through dealers. Each area has one main dealer, carrying the complete collection. In Delft that is currently us, through Creastairs — simply because no local specialist has taken it on yet. The staircases on this page show the demand is there.
We would rather see a specialist from the region cover this area. The main dealer carries the full collection, receives the enquiries from this area, and is trained and supported through the Omnistair Academy. Alongside them, dealers in the same area work with EverStep and GripStep, and we are also looking for advisors who sell stair renovation alongside their own work without fitting it themselves. One conversation is enough to hear what it involves.
