What does a stair renovation cost?

According to three public Dutch price guides, a stair renovation of 13 steps costs roughly €600–€3,500 including VAT. Straight closed staircase in natural stone composite: from €2,730, installation included. Open staircase finished all round: around €6,300. Prices apply to the Dutch market and include Dutch VAT.

A straight staircase is the most economical. A quarter turn adds angled treads, measured separately. The dealer sets the surcharge after measuring.
