What does a staircase with a turn cost?

A straight staircase is the most economical. A quarter turn adds angled treads, measured separately. The dealer sets the surcharge after measuring.

What does renovating an open staircase cost?

Do it yourself or have it done?

Anti-slip you apply yourself. Overlay treads and seamless finishing go through a dealer, because of measuring and bonding.
