1. Identity

2. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed via omnistair.nl and omnistair.com.

3. Offer and agreement

An agreement is formed once you receive the order confirmation email.

4. Prices

All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately in the cart and on the order confirmation.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Available methods include iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, and Klarna.

6. Delivery

Delivery time: 3-5 business days after payment. We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg, to the street door.

7. Shipping cost

€ 9.95 per order. Free shipping from € 500 (incl. VAT).

8. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw without reason. See returns for the procedure. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

9. Conformity and warranty

Products comply with statutory conformity requirements. GripStep products carry a 5-year product warranty under normal household use.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the order amount. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or use.

11. Complaints

Complaints can be filed via contact. We respond within 14 days. If unresolved, you may submit the dispute to the competent Dutch court in The Hague. Dutch law applies to this agreement.
