Returns

You have 14 days to return your order at no cost, counted from the day you received it.

How does it work?

1. Contact us with your order number (OM-…). You will receive a return confirmation with the return address.
2. Pack the product carefully in its original packaging.
3. Send the package within 14 days of the return confirmation.

Return shipping costs: at your expense.

Refund: within 14 days of receiving the return, via the same payment method you used.

Damaged or wrong product?

Within 48 hours of receipt, contact us — we will send a free replacement.
