What you want to know before you request one.
The more complete your request, the more precise and faster our answer. Send photos of the whole staircase from below, from the side, a close-up of a stair nosing and — if there is one — of the landing. State the number of treads and risers, the width and depth of one tread, whether the staircase is open or closed, your colour preference and your postcode. With this information the dealer in your region can give an indication straight away, without visiting first.
Renewing the treads only starts at € 210 per tread up to 108 cm wide and € 260 up to 150 cm, including installation and VAT. For a closed, straight staircase of thirteen treads that comes to from € 2,730; with risers from € 3,315 and seamlessly finished from € 3,570. An open staircase finished all round comes to around € 6,300. The cost page shows the full price ladder, from anti-slip to seamless finishing.
The starting price applies to a standard staircase in normal condition: the tread cut to size and the installation are both included. Travel costs, repair work on the existing staircase, stringers, handrail work and lighting are quoted separately by your dealer. That way you see exactly what you are paying for and can compare fairly.
A standard staircase is usually installed within one day and can be walked on again the same day. For winder treads, risers, stringers or stair lighting your dealer allows an extra day. From request to completion the whole process usually takes two to six weeks, depending on your dealer's schedule.
Yes. With the sample box (€ 9.95) you receive five real samples of 10 × 10 cm from one collection, usually dispatched within three working days. If you would like to see the complete collection at full size, you are welcome by appointment at the Experience Center in Waddinxveen.
