You advise the client. We handle the installation.

Plenty of people are natural advisors: an interior stylist who instantly sees which colour a hallway needs, a home advisor who has guided clients for years, someone returning to work who loves dealing with people. What's usually missing is a product to attach that advice to — and a partner who handles the installation reliably. With Omnistair, you remain the client's fixed point of contact: you advise, craftsmen from our network measure, install and carry the warranty. For every realised project you receive a transparent fee. No upfront investment, no stock, no tools.
How you help the client
For most people, a stair renovation is a big decision they can't quite make on their own: which colour, which material, does it match the floor, what happens to the stair nosings? That's exactly where you come in. At the kitchen table or on the sofa, you walk through the options, let them feel the samples and help them decide. You're not selling at the door — the client has already shown interest, and you help them choose. That's the difference between advising and selling.
The colour mixer: your finest tool
At omnistair.nl/kleuren you'll find the Omnistair Studio colour mixer: a configurator where the client composes their own flake mix. Together on the sofa, you adjust the colours until it feels right — and that design is ordered directly as a real sample, produced in exactly that composition. Someone who has composed their own colour and held the sample in their hands rarely walks away. Try the colour mixer.
Your advice becomes paid work
Every stylist knows the pattern: a generous consultation, a beautiful plan — and then the client orders everything cheaply online themselves. In this model, that can't happen. The advice, the sample and the installation form one whole that only runs through you and the Omnistair network. When a project is realised, you receive a fixed, pre-agreed fee for it. No fine print, no targets, no minimum numbers.
Measuring, installation and warranty: covered
Measuring is done by a craftsman from the Omnistair partner network, trained in the system. The same craftsman installs the staircase, and the warranty on material and workmanship sits with Omnistair and the installing partner — not with you. You remain the face and the point of contact for the client, but the technical responsibility sits where it belongs.
Short course: colours, materials and advising
You don't need a construction background. In a short, practical course you learn the basics of the Omnistair systems, colours and materials, working with the colour mixer, and holding a good advisory conversation in the client's home. No heavy lifting, no technical installation — the craftsmen handle that.
Shadow an advisor for a day first
Not sure whether this suits you? Spend a day alongside an experienced advisor. You'll sit in on a real consultation, see how the colour mixer works on the sofa, and experience the sample moment in the client's home.
Look the part with the starter kit
Every new advisor receives professional demonstration material: a complete sample set with the fifteen colours from the three collections, and a mini demo staircase — a scale model that shows the system, the stair nosing and the material right there in the client's living room. Nothing convinces like something the client can hold, and with this kit you sit at the table as a full advisor from day one.
