Signature
Complete stair renovation, seamlessly finished

Open Staircase Renovation
360° fully clad treads for a seamless and luxurious result
Our open staircase renovation is unique. Each tread is fully clad 360° around with a seamless stone or terrazzo structure. The result is a staircase that looks like a solid stone work of art. Including railing finish for a completely harmonious whole. Would you rather not include the underside? On an open staircase you can also renew only the top of the treads with EverStep. The existing tread then remains visible from below, but the price is considerably lower — from €2,500 for thirteen steps. Many people choose this when the staircase is barely visible from underneath anyway.
- Treads 360° fully clad
- Underside finishing possible
- Including railing finish
- Seamless anti-slip structure
- Stone and terrazzo look

Closed Staircase Renovation
Seamless finish with optional LED lighting and underside finishing
Our closed staircase renovation transforms your existing staircase into a stylish and durable whole. The seamless finish in stone or terrazzo structure gives your staircase a luxurious appearance that lasts for years. Optionally with LED lighting for extra ambiance and safety.
- Seamless anti-slip finish
- Including risers
- Optional LED lighting
- Underside finishing possible
- Realised in one day

What you can choose per component
Only pay for what you choose
The overlay treads and riser panels are part of Signature's base version. String boards, the newel post, the handrail, posts, the balustrade, LED lighting and floor transitions are chosen separately, specified per component in the quote. This way, you see exactly what you're paying for and what you can leave out if you wish. String boards, newel post, handrail, posts, balustrade, lighting and necessary repairs are only carried out if you choose them, and are listed separately in the quote.

How a complete staircase renovation with Signature works
Assess and repair first, then build
A Signature renovation doesn't start with the treads, but with the staircase as a whole. The entire structure is assessed in advance: the condition of the treads and riser panels, any loose or creaking parts, damage to string boards and handrail, and the substrate to be worked on. Any necessary repairs are listed separately in the quote. Once you approve, the substrate is put in order first — creaks resolved, damage repaired, unevenness levelled out. Only then does the build-up begin. The staircase is then built up layer by layer. First, the overlay treads and riser panels are installed and finished. Then follow the components you've chosen in the quote — such as string boards, newel post, handrail or balustrade — including the associated paintwork. Because the same colour and material language is used throughout, one cohesive whole is created. The renovation is only complete once every chosen component is right.

Craftsmanship you can see in the result
Trained in the Omnistair system
Every Signature staircase is hand-built by craftsmen trained in the Omnistair system. Your dealer coordinates the craftsmen involved and confirms in advance who your point of contact is during the work and at completion. That order — assess and repair first, then build — prevents a new finish from being applied to loose or damaged parts. That's what keeps a Signature staircase looking good.

Signature is Omnistair's complete staircase finish: the staircase is built on site into one seamless whole, in a colour you compose yourself. Natural stone composite overlay treads are included. As an indication, the price for a closed staircase with thirteen treads ranges between €3,000 and €3,570, including VAT and including an amount for standard installation. For an open staircase, this ranges between €3,800 and €4,800.

Indication: closed staircase €3,000–€3,570 (13 treads) · open staircase €3,800–€4,800 (13 treads)
The final price depends on staircase shape, length and the components you choose, and may fall above or below this range; a straight, closed staircase often sits at the lower end, an open staircase runs higher due to double-sided finishing. Prefer to have only the top of an open staircase renewed with EverStep? That's possible from around €2,500 (13 treads).

What does Signature cost?
As an indication, including VAT and including the overlay treads:
Closed staircase: €3,000 – €3,570 (13 treads)
Open staircase, treads finished all round: €3,800 – €4,800 (13 treads)
A straight, closed staircase can be cheaper than the range above. The final price depends on staircase shape, length and the components chosen.
An open staircase costs considerably more because the treads are finished both on top and underneath. This requires double the material and considerably more work on site.
Prefer not to include the underside? For an open staircase, you can also have only the top of the treads renewed with EverStep. The existing tread remains visible from below, but the price comes in at around €2,500 for thirteen treads.
Signature is supplied exclusively through our dealers. They carry out the work and set their own rate.
Available colours
Fifteen standard colours, with a studio option. The same fifteen colours available for EverStep are also available for Signature. Want a colour outside those fifteen? Compose your own studio colour through our colour mixer, matched to your floor, your wall, or a detail you love.
Every staircase shape. Straight, quarter turn, double quarter turn, spiral, landings, and open staircases where the treads are visible all round. Irregular staircases can also be finished, as each part is measured on site and the finish is built up on location.
For outdoor use or unheated spaces, your dealer will assess in advance whether the substrate, structure and finish are suitable.
The difference with just new treads
With EverStep, the treads are renewed. For many staircases, that's exactly what's needed: the walking surfaces are what you see and what you walk on.
Signature goes further. Not just the treads, but also the string boards, the newel post, the handrail and the balustrade can be finished in the same way, in a colour that isn't chosen from a collection but matched to your interior. Which of the two suits you better depends on the condition of your staircase and the end result you have in mind.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. The stated range applies to staircases in general; a straight, closed staircase without particularities often falls at the lower end of that range or below it. The final price depends on staircase shape, length and the components you choose.
With EverStep, the treads are renewed with ready-made overlay treads. With Signature, the entire staircase is built and seamlessly finished on site, with the components you choose, in a colour you compose yourself. The overlay treads are included with Signature. Signature is therefore the more extensive and more expensive option.
A closed Signature staircase is typically completed in two working days. For an open staircase, the renovation can take three working days, because the treads are finished all round. Your dealer confirms the planning for your staircase in advance.
Yes. Unlike ready-made treads, the finish is composed on site, so the colour can be matched to your interior. The colour mixer shows you in advance how combinations turn out — also always request a sample, since a screen never shows stone the way it looks in your hallway.
Yes. Because the parts are measured per staircase and the finish is built up on site, spiral staircases, staircases with landings, and staircases with uneven treads can also be finished.
